Returns and Refunds Policy

Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To return your product, you should mail to: returns@hueclb.com.

Please note that if you received a free item as part of a special offer and choose to return part of your order, the free item must also be returned to be eligible for a refund.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, you’ll get an email confirmation letting you know we’ve received your item. We’ll also inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@hueclb.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size, simply select “Exchange for a different size” during the return process. Once we’ve received and processed your return shipment, we’ll ship out your requested size as quickly as possible.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We are not responsible for lost, undelivered, or damaged return shipments, as any issues during transport will be your responsibility.
